There seems to be 2 elements at play... During match times Boony seems to make occasional random comments regardless weather the TV is on or not. The "blip blip"s trigger him to say more stuff. But some of the Boonys don't seem to react very well to the signal (maybe the batteries are flatter or something) - in our highly controlled test conditions we have 4 boonys - One is "chatterbox" Boony who talks constantly. One is "quiet" Boony who says things randomly, but doesn't seem to react to blips. The other 2 do nothing! We are contacting VB for information and will keep you posted. I have had the batteries out of mine and this got it working again. Don't know if this the correct thing to do, but it worked for me.
